I have been a full time Realtor in Palm Beach County for over 20 years. I am currently a Broker-Associate with RE/MAX Ocean Properties located at 14050 U.S. Highway One, Juno Beach, FL. My experience includes renting, buying, and selling property for clients; performing duties, such as studying property listings, interviewing prospective clients, accompanying clients to property site, discussing conditions of sale, and drawing up real estate contracts. I promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. I am actively involved with inspectors and appraisers and I ensure that all terms of the contract are met prior to closing. I follow you through all the steps involved all the way through to the closing.
